Rahul Rustagi is an accomplished finance and business professional with over 15 years of international experience across all continents, having collaborated with professionals from more than 30 countries and nationalities worldwide.
He is the founder of Agility Business Solutions, a Dubai-based advisory firm providing comprehensive services in Financial Advisory, Business Strategy, Structuring, and Investment Advisory across diverse industries and global markets.
With a clear vision and a global perspective, Rahul is dedicated to empowering investors, entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and ultra-high-networth individuals (UNIs) to maximize returns, strengthen financial structures, and achieve sustainable growth through strategic and result-oriented solutions.
Apurva
Investment advisor (Real Estate)
Apurva is Technology Enthusiast who has got years of experience and expertise in helping new age business shape up and succeed using tech enabled offerings & delivery mechanism, making it rewarding for her clients.
She offers consulting in choosing the right technology and also supports clients by conducting IT & Forensic Audits to identify gaps. She further supports clients by designing solutions to mitigate technology risks and data protection.

Mr. Vaibhav Jain, a Chartered Accountant and seasoned business strategist, drives growth and execution excellence. An expert in Valuations,Deal Advisory, Corporate Restructuring, M&A, IBC, and Transaction Support, he is also a Company Secretary, Law Graduate, Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection specialist, and a Registered Valuer.

Sr. Tax Specialist
Surbhi is a qualified Accounting Consultant and Finance & Taxation Expert with an MBA in Finance. She has extensive experience in accounting, taxation, and bookkeeping, and plays a vital role in guiding clients through complex financial and compliance matters.
Her work includes assisting clients with tax planning, financial management, and the application and maintenance of legal documents. She ensures that clients are regularly informed about tax compliances, statutory deadlines, and any required amendments in legal documentation.
Dedicated and detail-oriented, Surbhi focuses on building long-term trust with clients by ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely communication in every aspect of accounting and taxation consulting.
